Helping You Break Through Professional Barriers and COLLABORATE

We've invited sought-after speakers from diverse human service backgrounds to talk about how they break through professional barriers, collaborate, and provide optimal care and services as part of a team.

Interdisciplinary teams work cooperatively supporting the delivery of services to individuals, families, and caretakers. At times, differing perspectives make collaboration challenging which can negatively impact caregivers and client outcomes, especially when goals and/or interventions are not in alignment. Professionals require instruction in communication strategies that can help break down professional barriers to collaborate effectively while maintaining their own ethical and professional obligations.

Our aim is to promote interprofessional collaborative practice and respectful communication between providers to positively impact outcomes for clients diagnosed with autism and related disabilities.

You'll leave these engaging talks with tools and strategies to apply to your own clinical practice.
