Questions regarding financial stability, service delivery, and training effectiveness and efficiency are at the forefront for many managers and supervisors. These features of operating a business can be a challenge to assess and analyze. It is critical to the success and sustainability of an organization to have objective information about past performance as well as a means to project future performance adequately. The family of Standard Celeration Charts offers a low-cost, simple, and powerful alternative to expensive management programs, endless spreadsheets, and inadequate graphic displays. In this webinar, the limitations and pitfalls of graphic displays will be discussed while illuminating the benefits afforded by the SCC for charting organizational pinpoints. The array of pinpoints that guide Fit Learning's crucial business decisions around spending, marketing, and training will be shared to facilitate an engaging conversation with attendees.

Target Audience: Professionals for whom the topic is within their scope of practice. We welcome students and others who are also interested in the topic to join us.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify chartable business pinpoints relevant to their organizations.
  • Select from the family of SCCs, the most appropriate lens for their chosen pinpoints.
  • Identify at least 3 ways that graphic displays lead to misinterpretation of data
