How do I get a certificate of completion?

During ABAC webinars we will both show, and read, attendance codes. Participants must write these down and submit them at the end of the webinar. In addition, participants will need to take and pass a post-test (passing= 80% or above). If the attendance codes are not submitted and the post-test not completed successfully, the webinar portal can not be closed out and the you will not receive a certificate of completion. Once the codes are submitted and post-test passed, you will click one of the two “submit course” buttons. These are found at the top right or bottom right of the webinar portal screen. After pressing “submit course”, the webinar is considered finished and you will gain access to the confidential evaluation. Once the evaluation is submitted, you can go to the tab “achievements” found in the “My Account” area (also known as the dashboard) and print your certificate. Instructions and a live model are provided at the end of every webinar.

If you do not submit the attendance codes we will not issue a certificate of completion. No refund will be issued for insufficient submission of codes or failure to answer questions correctly. This policy is announced at the beginning of every webinar.
